The alumina ceramic tubes produced by Xiayang Ceramics are made of high-purity alumina material (Al₂O₃ content ≥99.5%) through precision molding and high-temperature sintering, which has excellent insulating property, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. With smooth surface and high dimensional accuracy, the products are widely used in electronics, chemical industry, metallurgy, medical equipment and other fields.

Advanced Production Processes

  1. Raw material preparation: Selected high-purity alumina powder, after strict composition testing and particle size control to ensure stable quality of raw materials.
  2. Molding process: Isostatic pressure molding, extrusion molding or injection molding are used, and the appropriate molding method is selected according to the shape and size of the product.
  3. dry processing: The raw blanks after molding are dried slowly to remove moisture and prevent cracking and deformation during the sintering process.
  4. High temperature sintering: Sintered in a high temperature furnace at 1600-1800°C to form a strong bond between the alumina particles and obtain a high density ceramic body.
  5. precision machining: The sintered ceramic tubes are precision machined and surface treated to ensure that the dimensional accuracy and surface quality meet customer requirements.
